    Overstock = Perfect packaging, no flaws.

    Open Box = Open box or damaged packaging.

    Gently Used/AS IS = open box with product flaws.

    Our reservation feature allows customers to add items to their cart for 10 minutes to continue browsing, and once you reach the checkout page, it allows 5 minutes to enter information. When the timer runs out, items are restocked and available for others.

    Our items show what we have in stock,
    AND what is available to add to cart. If you are unable to add to your cart,
    this means the item is currently in a cart. We try to reset inventory daily to account for glitches.

    Please ensure when checking out to have correct spelling in email addresses as this is the only way to contact you. If you don't receive a confirmation email right after your order is placed, check spam folders then contact us as soon as possible!

  • Pickup

    We're open for online order pickup Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. Location is provided with order confirmation. A second email will be sent stating the order is Ready for Pickup within 4 business days of order placement. Please wait until order is "Ready", come to curbside pickup, ring the doorbell at Door 2 and we will assist you!

    Picking up for family or friends will require a signature.

    ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 14
    BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE CANCELED AND CHARGED A 15% RESTOCK FEE - you will receive a reminder prior to this if the order hasn't been picked up.

  • Returns

    Online items can be returned at curbside pickup within 30 days of pickup, unused, with original packaging and original receipt. Some items may be listed As Is" or final sale (damaged packaging items are final sale) and will be exempt from returns.  All items on sale for 50% or more off our marked prices are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS (these are considered CLEARANCE ITEMS).

    PAPER RECEIPT GIVEN AT PICKUP MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO PROCESS RETURNS -
    NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE


    The following items are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS:

    Items listed "As Is", Bulk Items / Pallets, On Sale for 50% or more (Clearance), CDs, Swimwear, Health and Beauty Aids, Food, Pet Food

Rewards

CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED ONE
REWARDS ACCOUNT
. Abuse of the rewards program may result in banning future purchases in
store and online and/or legal prosecution.

Once logged in, select the tab called Rewards. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward voucher. The code can be found once you select which voucher you've redeemed under active rewards. Then apply the code at checkout right below your payment info!

Gift Cards

Discount 70 Online Gift Cards can be
redeemed ONLINE ONLY. These will not apply in our Discount 70 store. Store gift cards cannot be redeemed online, in-store only. 
If returning any
items from a purchase where a gift card was used, the gift card will be filled back first before any other payment methods.

Reward Point Coupons and Gift Cards
are not the same as far as returns. Coupons are a reward for shopping and do not bring currency to the seller. When you use a coupon on a purchase of multiple items, it will split the coupon amount evenly throughout the merchandise. If returning an item from said purchase, you'll only receive back what was paid for the merch and not the original selling price for the item(s).

We ask that customers avoid purchasing items with the intent to return often or before picking up. We often have very limited stock and would like all customers to have as equal of an opportunity as possible.

Bulk purchases for resale are frowned upon.  If customer purchases large amounts of product AND request a large amount of returns, we reserve the right to refuse future online sales.  Our employees are working hard to keep the online store full for all customers to have the opportunity to take advantage of awesome deals, and heavy amounts of returns defeats the entire purpose of our mission.
