General Info

Please do not arrive until you receive the ready to pickup email - this comes separately after the order confirmation. Expect orders to be ready within 4 business days AFTER the day you place the order. Have the name and order number ready when picking up. We may request for additional verification when picking up for family/friends.

We ask that customers avoid purchasing items with the intent to return often or before picking up. We often have very limited stock and would like all customers to have as equal of an opportunity as possible.

ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE CANCELED AND CHARGED A 15% RESTOCK FEE - you will receive a reminder prior to this if the order hasn't been picked up.

Orders will only be available for pickup Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:00pm. Check our calendar to see if we have changes to this schedule.
Please follow the signs on where to pull up at the building. Park along the curb and proceed to the posted door, ring the doorbell and someone will assist you. Address will be provided with order confirmation.

Discount 70 Online Gift Cards can be redeemed ONLINE ONLY. These will not apply in our Discount 70 store. Store gift cards cannot be redeemed online, in-store only. If returning any items from a purchase where a gift card was used, the gift card will be filled back first before any other payment methods.

Reward Point Coupons and Gift Cards are not the same as far as returns. Coupons are a reward for shopping and do not bring currency to the seller. When you use a coupon on a purchase of multiple items, it will split the coupon amount evenly throughout the merchandise. If returning an item from said purchase, you'll only receive back what was paid for the merch and not the original selling price for the item(s).

Loyalty points for online purchases can only be redeemed online, and in-store points can only be redeemed for in store purchases.

CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED ONE REWARDS ACCOUNT. Abuse of the rewards program may result in banning future purchases in store and online and/or legal prosecution.

New info!

We have now incorporated a reservation feature onto Discount 70 Online! This allows customers to add items to their cart and reserve them for 10 minutes on each add to cart and continue browsing, with an additional 5 minute lock on the checkout. Our goal is to allow customers to shop without others checking out faster and "stealing" their item(s) and reduce the amount of small orders. When the timer runs out, items are restocked and available for others.

Our items show what we have in stock, AND what is available to add to cart. If you are unable to add to your cart, this means the item is currently in someone else's cart and may or may not come back into stock - just keep checking!

Returns

Discount70 Online accepts online returns at our warehouse location! Only online order items purchased online can be returned at the warehouse. No store purchases can be returned at the warehouse.

All online orders can be returned within 30 days of order pick up. You must have original receipt, item(s) must be unused and must have the original packaging. 

Some items may be listed As Is" or final sale (damaged packaging items are final sale) and will be exempt from returns.  All items on sale for 50% or more off our marked prices are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS (these are considered CLEARANCE ITEMS).
PAPER RECEIPT GIVEN AT PICKUP MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO PROCESS RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

Bulk purchases for resale are frowned upon.  If customer purchases large amounts of product AND request a large amount of returns, we reserve the right to refuse future online sales.  Our employees are working hard to keep the online store full for all customers to have the opportunity to take advantage of awesome deals, and heavy amounts of returns defeats the entire purpose of our mission.
